Exchanges for non warranty scenarios on merchandise are permitted at the store’s discretion within 7 days and must be accompanied by a sales receipt. Items must be in original sellable condition with original packaging intact.
All warranties are manufacturer warranties & are honored by the manufacturer pursuant to the policies outlined in the warranty document packaged with the product or found on the manufacturer’s website unless otherwise stated.
Refunds and exchanges under warranty are only permitted upon approval by the manufacturer’s authorized service agents after an inspection of the product by the authorized service agent. The customer is responsible for arranging delivery of the merchandise to the authorized service agent.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: HELLOPOST LIMITED, bmobile Store, MovieTowne Mall, Port of Spain.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
